EMPRENDE – Business Consulting grew out of the experience of Iberis Orsini Arcelay, who since 2019 has guided and supported merchants and entrepreneurs in Puerto Rico through their administrative procedures. Since then we have processed more than 400 permits, always with clear information, patience and respectful service.
Today EMPRENDE supports businesses through consulting services, automation solutions and training, with the goal of making their processes easier and supporting their growth.

EMPRENDE is a private service company. We are not a government agency; approval of each procedure is up to the corresponding agency or municipality, and government fees are not included in the price of our service.
